You put in the time, take the leap to get in front of the camera, publish your first YouTube video then wait for the views to roll in…and wait…and wait.  Getting views and growing on YouTube is a lot harder than it sounds. John and I have been publishing on YouTube for almost 3 years now and have learned a ton along the way.  Today we’ll talk about things that have helped us grow, some of the recent trends we’re seeing, and the new metric that might be the most important thing YouTube tells us.
