“Yeah, it's beautiful. We've got a chicken coop. We've got a community garden. We've got a clubhouse. We've got trails. We've got a creek going through it. Yeah, it's very different tenant situations I'm dealing with, just for instance, in mobile home communities, a lot of things we deal with are noise complaints or like, you know, maybe somebody letting their dog off a leash, and then providing the basics like safety and security. And tiny home communities, at least this one, one of the most passionate debates we're having, that I'm mediating, is around the length of the grass.”
