Day 10 of the Course: We continue moving deeper within ourselves. And as we do this, your mind may be fighting you. Do not fight back. You may be due for a breakthrough. Before any breakthrough in your meditation practice, and in your life, could be a very unsettling time. Do not resist. Do not fight back. Breathe into this unsettling feeling and allow it dissolve so you can move past it. Think of a chick before it hatches. It has to go through discomfort before it is finally able to break through, hatch, and breathe new life.
