Duncan d*#k bag should have been put away far before this particular horrible crime.   What he did is disgusting and just beyond!   I would vote for  the death penalty for this guy.    Rape,  murder...all in front of children.   It should have never, ever happened.

Jerald Leroy Wingeart raped young ladies for years.  While there is no proof beyond the two he was charged for.  Being true crime fans like you are, YOU KNOW he killed & raped far more than these two poor young ladies.   It makes me wonder how many cases out there could be his.
