Elfie & Dominik are passionate about bringing more meaningful dialogues into the world. In the last few years they developed integrated Microanalysis of Face-to-Face Dialogue concepts and trainings that help to apply and optimize your coaching practice. In 2018 Elfie & Dominik together with their daughter received the Steve de Shazer memorial award of the SFBTA for innovations in Solution Focused Brief Therapy. Dominik is board member of the Solution Focused Brief Therapy Association SFBTA (www.sfbta.org).
