If you are alive on this planet, you have been or currently are codependent. Codependency can become maladaptive and can create immense amounts of distress and anxiety in our lives as we choose to self-abandon in order to be loved and accepted. (This happens unconsciously) It’s always helpful to visit the root of these tendencies and patterns and in this episode we clarify how codependency gets started and give you a really helpful exercise in how to halt these patterns and create new, healthier ones.
We offer support in a myriad of ways including:
“Just Ask” - a weekly live q&a on Instagram answering your most pressing questions and providing practical tools and tips - Wednesday’s at 9 a.m. EST - we go live from @ellirichter
“Amplify” - a twice a month drop in class on Zoom that provides self-care, connection and subconscious integration with PSYCH-K - Next up: Wednesday, 6/16, 8-9:30 pm EST
“6-week programs” - we currently are offering Relationship Reboot, a 6-week series that meets once a week on Zoom to dive into codependency - starts Tuesday, 6/8, 6:30-8:30 pm EST
“Two-on-one coaching” - these packages allow the Space to create big changes in all areas of your life

This episode was a lot of fun to record because Adam is a lot of fun to talk to! Connecting with someone else as a human is great AND connecting with them over their love of health/wellness/helping others makes it even better.
Adam is the owner of Shift 110, a health & fitness company that takes physical wellness to the next level by providing in-depth, one-one-one attention to clients in a group setting. This unique personalized attention approach provides accountability, sustainable results and support that no other fitness studios provide. In addition, he and his wife, Michelle, also have a meal service available, for their members and the general public, that makes eating well, easy.
In this episode we chat all about pitfalls, the lies we used to tell ourselves that kept us stuck as entrepreneurs, the fallacies of the fitness industry and how to create sustainable results for your health & wellness goals.
Enjoy!

This episode centers around the one common theme every one of us has in our lives; death/dying. In this episode Katie explores this topic in an effort to come to peace with it and with having vulnerable conversations with loved ones around it.

This interview was with a close friend of mine, Ari and takes a raw look into the road back from addiction & chaos and gives a REALLY inspiring perspective on how much can change when you make the decision to live a life you are proud of.
