A power outage at the West 4th Street station is causing delays on the A, B, C, F, and M subway lines, according to the MTA. Meanwhile, Mayor Eric Adams says it appears a gunman who opened fire inside a Midtown skyscraper Monday was targeting NFL offices. Four people, including an off-duty police officer, were killed.
