The Nashville Predators defeated the San Jose Sharks (sans Timo Meier) as Nino Niederreiter and Mikael Granlund recorded two goals a piece. With Filip Forsberg and Ryan Johansen out with injuries, the Predators saw players like Tommy Novak, Matt Duchene, and Phil Tomasino step up in the 6-2 win.
