Mike Francois was one of the most successful pro bodybuilders in the 1990's until colitis ended his promising career. In his interview with the Bodybuilding Legends Podcast, Mike talks about how he started competing in bodybuilding, his rise to the top of the amateur level including his overall win at the 1993 NPC Nationals and his very successful transition to the professional ranks. Mike won his first four pro shows including the 1995 Arnold Classic, where he defeated Flex Wheeler and Lee Labrada.
