My guest this week is Mike McLachlan of Manresa.

Before we dive in, I have to say Mike gets into it, and I think his openness, vulnerability, and candor are among the things that truly set him apart.

I’m not going to get philosophical here, but Mike constantly admits that he doesn’t know what he doesn’t know; he’s just trying to make the best brand he can. Which, as you’ll hear, is working.
