I'm back from my vacation in Ecuador and so I'm telling you about the amazing food I had while there. It was soooo good!!! For the interview this week, I'm reprising a conversation I had with a very special guest, my brother Mike Pittman. We talk about how cooking was a huge part of our lives growing up and about the important life skills we learned from working in food service.
