After a few attempts in the ETA space, John finally landed on Dave Cole Decorators which he currently owns and operates.
John discusses the leadership skills he transferred from his military experience to entrepreneurship, the challenges of managing cash flow, and the implementation of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) in his company.
