Millennial Precious Metals (“Millennial”) is focused on discovering quality ounces through the responsible expansion and conversion of its existing projects located in Nevada and Arizona, USA. Millennial plans to apply its proven systematic and scientific phase-based exploration program to advance our projects over the next few years. Phase 1 drill programs at two of the Company’s most advanced projects, Wildcat and Mountain View, will focus on improving the geologic understanding, expanding and converting the resource, and initiation of metallurgical work in both the oxide and sulfide zones of these resources. The drill programs at both Wildcat and Mountain View will feed an updated resource and PEA in 2022. Once complete, Millennial expects to be well-positioned to realize our corporate vision as a multi-million-ounce, multi-asset development company.

As part of the Phase 1 drill program, the Company will also focus on advancing the early-stage Red Canyon property by further exploring the geology and controls on mineralization at the project. Upon completion of Phase 1, the company will look to accelerate Red Canyon’s Phase 2 drill program to better understand the geometry and size potential of key target zones through drilling additional untested areas of interest. Red Canyon has the potential to significantly add value to the Company’s diversified portfolio of highly prospective projects and provide organic growth with the intention of bringing it to the resource stage in the coming years. Millennial will also be reviewing and compiling data on its grassroots projects: Marr, Ocelot, Eden, and Dune during 2021/2022 field season. Upon completion of this review, the team will commence Phase 1 target generation at each of these properties.
