• Managed various cases, including ulcers, fractures, shockwave follow-ups, and diabetic foot exams.

• Highlighted a 94-year-old patient with dementia — a reminder of balancing care with practicality.

• Discussed a marathon runner seeing great results with shockwave therapy, reporting pain-free long runs.

4. Clinical Tools & Staff Development

• My nail tech is improving with thick nail treatments after three months of training.

• Leveraging staff for routine tasks to focus on high-value procedures.

5. Equipment Decisions: Shockwave vs. SoftWave

• Comparing Storz (focused shockwave) and SoftWave (radial shockwave) based on cost and durability.

• Storz: $55K with minimal maintenance.

• SoftWave: $75K with $16K in ongoing maintenance.

• Also evaluating EMTT for arthritis — mixed feedback so far.

6. Engaging the Community

• Shared a patient success video using Swift wart therapy — leveraging videos for marketing on YouTube and the website.
