In this week's episode, we discuss white silence. MindLITer fully supports BLM and doesn’t stand neutral during this movement. As white women, we choose to use our voices to get other white people to wake up. We discuss white guilt, the importance of educating ourselves on racism, injustice, supporting black businesses, and supporting the cause.

After a small break we are back with some crucial shit for your ears. This week we're hittin you with our experiences on boundaries and what they mean. We talk about our feelings on defining how certain people should treat you and how you create that line for them not to cross. From getting in tune with your inner voice to overcoming uncomfortable situations we got your back on what you can do to create safe spaces for yourself.

In this episode, we talk about physical, mental, and emotional abuse. We dig into our own polar opposite experiences on the subject. We share our insight and what we’ve learned while leaving the emphasis on how you are never alone. We discuss the importance of support and touch on how the systems strategy dealing with physical abuse isn’t working.

Special guest, Briana, opens up about her experience overcoming sexual abuse. We talk about all the ways she found coping mechanisms, how it affects her now vs then and why she feels it's important to talk about.

In this episode, we talk about being used and using others. Sugar daddies, friend-zoning and being a manipulator all come with some degree of karma. We discuss the growing pains of what it feels like to be used and mistreated. At some point in our lives, we will be the ones doing the mistreating - we give all the details about that and more!

This week we have special guest, Nando, who shares his perspective and advice on trails and tribulations, as he opens up about his personal experience being incarcerated.
