David Elsey and Lee Tomlin introduce Lottie Hartigan on this episode.

Kinesiologist, Lottie Hartigan www.lottiehartigankinesiology.co.uk ; Based in Surrey, specializing in Fertility and Prenatal, Digestive Health and Periods and Menopause. She also is a tutor for the Academy of Systemic Kinesiology where she trains others to do what she does.

A light hearted conversation between the three of them, about a wonderfully holistic therapy. 

Kinesiology appears to be a well rounded treatment, just as is Lottie, they feel  she brings, passion, clarity and knowledge to the podcast and helped them  and hopefully you understand this unusual therapy.
It appears to be a  wholistic and integrated way of working with the human body and mind.  

Why would we not be interested in that.

Each counsellor introduces the other as they hope to bring some insight into counselling and therapy, whilst learning a bit about each other, and from others, hopefully all shedding some light on the subject we seem to find a bit hard to talk about.

David Elsey Psychotherapist, Hypnotherapist and Master Practitioner in Humanistic Neuro Linguistic Psychology.David Elsey, worked and lived in Bali for many years and now lives in Perth with his wife, having grown up there, he has returned during this time of Covid and is unsure of  what the future holds around returning to Bali.
At present Lee and David are doing the podcast on Zoom from London and Perth Western Australia.
