Minnova Corp. is principally engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties. The Company's exploration activities are at an early-stage. The Company focuses on near-term re-start of gold production at its PL Gold Mine and acquisition of other development-stage projects. The Company owns PL Gold Mine and holds interests in the adjacent Nokomis Property. The PL Gold Mine, Nokomis Property and the staked properties are collectively termed as the PL Gold Project (PLP), and are located over 50km northeast of the town of Flin Flon, Manitoba.
