Minutemen Initiative

There is so much instability and uncertainty in our world today, and it is important to do our best to stay informed and aware of what is going on. Although most global issues are well beyond our control and some don't have a direct impact on our local communities, it is critical that we acknowledge the big picture and prepare for downhill effects. On top of these global and geopolitical issues there are numerous issues that are more immediate for us here in America.

In this episode Stephen and Jacob break down a general overview of what is going on globally and nationally what should be researched in an effort to better prepare for negative local influence. Between foreign wars, global power posturing, and national security concerns, there is a lot that the modern minuteman should be paying attention to for overall preparedness.

HE IS RISEN!

Easter is a time of year that many people celebrate and recognize, but what is the true reason behind this? Between the signs of spring, bunny rabbits, and easter eggs it can be difficult to see where the true significance is. It is important to highlight and discuss the true reason to celebrate Easter and that is the death and resurection of Jesus Christ.

In this episode, Stephen sits down with Jacob to discuss the facts about the death and resurection of Jesus Christ and how it is the true reason to celebrate Easter. This is a very different episode than what is become expected on this show, but Stephen and Jacob both felt it very necessary to share the truth of the gospel and deeply discuss the varifiable truths of the Bible. We ask that regardless of your background you give this episode a listen and consider the topics and perspectives that are shared in it.

*CORRECTIONS*

@min-17:45 While explaining the diety of Jesus Christ, Jacob intended to reference the heresy known as "Arianism" but accidently said "Arminianism". To clarify, Arminianism is not a heresy, but is a protestant theological prospective. Arianism (the intended reference) is a heretical perspective that denies the eternal diety of Jesus Christ and claims He was created.

We often talk about being prepared from more traditional perspectives; self-defense, medical, logistics, or sustainment but theres a whole spectrum of threats that aren't often discussed. Electromagnetic threats can cause a whole slew of issues and can render our world as we know it radically changed within a moment. Being more educated on the effects of such threats is very important and it is something that should start to take more notice.

In this episode of the Minutemen Initiative Jacob and Stephen have the opportunity to sit down with David Nussbaum who works for Dynamic Defense Solutions as a trainer and instructor. David has become very knowledgable in the area of electromagnetic threats and in this episode he breaks down some of the specifcs and details that are important to know when building a higher level of understanding.
