In this episode of the Simple Reflections Podcast I’m joined by Denise Holland, a Performance Consultant and speaker from Kent.

I really enjoyed hearing about Denise’ journey from having to walk away from a dream role as Scotland’s Netball Coach in the run up to the Commonwealth Games, feeling lost and asking the universe for inspiration... and heading off in a completely new direction.

Denise and I talked about having fun, “Playing Freely”, the title of her upcoming book, her openness to follow what felt right and the curiosity to go again that lies at the heart of all of us!
