The girl in question is Skylar, a regular teen with a medical lack of fear who in a fit of pique one Halloween decides to destroy all her parents' scientific equipment, and by extension their life's work. But unbeknownst to Skylar, it turns out her parents are actually monster hunters, and by destroying their equipment Skylar has unleashed all manner of evil spirits onto the town, as well as restored Skylar's sense of fear at the worst possible time. Will Skylar be able to conquer her fears and face the monsters? Will the Halloween party at the old McQuarry Mansion still go ahead? And does anyone want to buy some slightly used orbs?
