A slow, gentle guided meditation for moving through the process of grieving.
To help you find some support and grounding.
To help you find some compassion and acceptance.
To help you find some space to be where you are, as you are.
A guided meditation to start your day with space, awareness, compassion, intention and a beautiful symphony of birds (my favourite is when the woodpecker shows up toward the end).
Listen with eyes open or closed, seated, laying down or as you move through your morning routine. Listen however you feel like it. Experience it in your own way.
A guided breath-focused meditation using coherent breathing, inhaling for about 5 secs and exhaling for about 5 secs, balancing out the breath in a gentle, relaxed way.
Although I'm breathing through my mouth to make my breath audible, I recommend inhaling or inhaling and exhaling through the nose.
But feel it out, and trust yourself :)

This breathwork meditation guides your breath to a coherent rythmn (inhaling for 5 seconds, exhaling for 5 seconds) while leading you in a gratitude practice for the joys and beauty of springtime. For an added touch brought to you by mother nature herself, enjoy the sounds of springtime rain in the background.
Listen in and let the sounds calm you. This 5 minute breathing meditation has no words or guidance. You can follow along with the breathing or you can let your breath move how it wants to. There are no rules so use this meditation in whatever way feels supportive.
Visualize energy flowing through you from the earth and the cosmos. Check-in with which chakra is needing your attention and support.
A basic level of understanding about chakras is recommended.

For when you’re feeling confused about whats going on within you and around you and you’re wanting to connect with presence, with your heart, with your inner intelligence to find some ease, some grounding, and maybe some clarity.
A guided meditation for exploring this moment through your senses. Listen to what your body is saying to you and offering you in this moment through the language of your body.
