The celebration of Mamas everywhere continues with the last episode for the Month of May. I wanted to discuss all things Motherhood, especially the things that you wish you knew but no one told you. I've learned all of these in my journey through motherhood and was also inspired by other Mamas and Fellow Podcasters, such as my favorite, Rachel Hollis and so I wanted to share some of these takeaways with you all.

Happy Mother's Day to all my Mamas out there who are just killing it. I see you. One day is not nearly enough to celebrate how awesome Mamas are so let's start a new movement where we celebrate Mamas all month long?? :)
In this episode, I talk about being blessed to celebrate another Mother's Day and to celebrate all the amazing women in my life. Each of them have contributed to the kind of person and Mama I want to be. Find your tribe and hold on to those women. I know you wanna try to do all this on your own, but seriously girlfriend....You can't. And that's ok.

Happy April and Happy World Autism Month. This is a special time for me and my family because in this month we celebrate Autism Awareness and Acceptance. My son was diagnosed with ASD last year so this is very close to my heart.
In this episode, I bring to light some of the myths and facts about Autism. When you are first given the diagnosis, there are so many questions you have, and although the internet is filled with a plethora of information, in can be overwhelming. So I'm here to share with you some facts and tidbits about Autism and how it's affected my family. If anything, I hope this episode makes you more aware of how serious this condition is, so that we can all learn to accept our children and our family members just as they are....FREAKING AMAZING!

Hi to all my Mamas out there. In today's episode I talk about Gratitude and how much it affects my daily routine, when I forget to be grateful. I know we all go through tough seasons where we don't know what's happening or we feel like we're doing everything wrong. At times, we focus so much on all the negative and bad stuff and what went wrong, that we forget to focus on what went right. It doesn't have to be a bad day, when something goes wrong, and maybe it could just be a bad moment. The trick is to remember to be grateful no matter what happens. Always look for the good in every day. I myself, am a work in progress and have struggled with this these past few weeks. Hope you enjoy this episode and I am grateful for all of YOU!

This topic is super important to me, because it relates to "Self-Care" which is something that has become hugely popular, especially during the pandemic. But it's also important to me because it's something that I have forgotten to do for myself for a very long time. As I sat down and wrote out my morning ritual on paper, I realized that it wasn't as complicated or long at as one my think. It was simple and tailored to fit my only personal needs. And it all starts with something as simple as waking up earlier. I know....crazy right? But I promise, that you will enjoy this.Enjoy this awesome episode and I hope I was able to share some new and inspiring tidbits. Do you have a morning routine or ritual? Share it on social media and tag me. I would love to hear what your routine is like :-)Quote: "You've got to wake up every morning with determination if you're going to go to bed with satisfaction." -Hal ElrodP.S.
