 How do we solve the issues of mass shootings? 

Lunar New Year celebrations were marred by tragedy Saturday night after a gunman entered a MONTEREY PARK ballroom dance hall and opened fire, killing 10 people, wounding 10 more. Law enforcement officials swarmed a white van Sunday afternoon that was suspected to be driven by the gunman. 

Los Angeles County Sheriff Robert Luna later confirmed that the driver was the suspected gunman and identified him as 72-year old as Huu Can Tran, an Asian male. Luna said Tran died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.   

Rep. Michael McCaul (R-TX) discussed the Monterey Park mass shooting and asked if Congress will consider new gun control legislation now that Republicans control the House. He believes his plan would help prevent mass shootings.
