A rare tornado warning was issued for Fresno County on Saturday afternoon.  The National Weather Service issued the warning at 3:45 p.m., after tracking cells indicating rotation.  President Joe Biden said Monday that people should "rest assured" after his administration acted to ease uncertainties about the banking system in the wake of the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank last week.
