Climate change has increased the frequency of extreme weather phenomena, accelerating domestic migration. Mongolia’s traditional nomadic herders are leaving the grasslands to settle down in urban areas. But the capital is ill-equipped to take in this community. Indeed, the move to the city comes with problems of their own. Yena Lee reports.
