I made this before the past podcast and thought I lost it, but I found it. There will be a few repeats in this though. Enabling keeps us from healing, and holds us back, and when we are doing something wrong we often look for those who will validate our poor behavior. Even therapists can enable, so it’s important to know what to look for in healing.
These are my thoughts, opinions, experiences and advice. This is not meant to take place of a trained professional therapist. Please if you need more help seek out a well trained professional.
