We're back with another one of our little word series in the podcast, this time around tackling the topic of fear. Particularly when it comes to making changes, food, restriction, looking after our bodies and having a more positive body image. Working on fear (fear of foods, fear of losing control, fear of changes in my body, fear of being different, fear of not fitting in, and so many others), was huge in my journey to improving my relationship with food, and today I share some thoughts on the matter and give you a visual exercise to help you feel brave while still looking after that part of you that craves safety, familiarity and belonging.
