Chapter 1: COVID-19 turned the entertainment world upside, cancelling concerts and postponing award shows. But that doesn’t mean there was a shortage of entertainment news this past year: actors and musicians joined the fight racial equality, there were a number of celebrity scandals, a few TV shows really got us talking, and of course, there were the familiar faces we lost. Niki Reitmayer takes a look back at some of 2020’s top stories in pop culture and entertainment.

Chapter 5: Yesterday’s winter storm caused problems for BC Ferries travelers. What should you be prepared for if you’re traveling this holiday season? And what about people who keep refusing to wear a mask?!

Chapter 6: A mother is demanding answers after her daughter died of an undiagnosed infection at Lions Gate Hospital. Ann Forry and Darryl Hermarry ( Ann’s boyfriend) spoke yesterday to raise awareness about what happened to 29 year old Natasha - first went to hospital on October 2nd to have a cyst on her leg looked at. She was treated and sent home with pain killers then sent home. She called her mom a few days later in pain.

Chapter 2: In the U.K. right now, a new variant of COVID-19 is causing new grief.  Air Canada released a statement on Sunday stating that, “Following the Government of Canada's directive to suspend all direct passenger flights from the UK as of midnight tonight for 72 hours, Air Canada is temporarily suspending all flights between Canada and London Heathrow effective December 21.”
