Surrey Councillors calling for emergency council meeting, construction sites to be shut down

A call from two Surrey councillors to shut down the local construction industry. Jack Hundial and Brenda Locke say some construction sites are closed up but others continue to operate. Hundial says to avoid the spread of the novel coronavirus every site needs to shut down for the time being....

The Surrey Board of Trade and South Asian Business Association also urged the City of Surrey to declare a local state of emergency.
