0:00 - Every NFL team (except for your Denver Broncos) is starting their regular season this weekend. Hope springs eternal for everyone...except the Dolphins and the Jets (and maybe the Falcons? Who even is their QB?) Win, lose, or draw, we're stoked to have full NFL weekends back in our lives. 

14:53 - Moser hasn't LAID IT DOWN very well so far. His overall record through 2 CFB weeks is 2-6. If he wants to earn back his regular music, he'll have to go .500 this week (2-2). Until then, he has to wallow in his shame with something a little different...

32:33 - It's our favorite part of the week DRUNK TAKES! We take clips from throughout the week, slow em down to half speed and it makes us sound like we're hammered.

After that, CU and CSU are both 1-0 in the young season. Can they each go 2-0 after this weekend? Considering their opponents are Weber State and Southern Utah respectively, they SHOULD both grab another W this weekend.

0:00 - Maybe the Rams should've gotten some sleep after all. They looked sluggish yesterday in their clash with the 49ers in Melbourne. Was the game a success? Should the NFL put another regular season divisional matchup game in Australia again?

14:47 - Today marks 25 years since the 9/11 attacks. Vic, Moser, and Brett still remember exactly where they were when they heard the news.
We're slowly but surely inching closer to the first Broncos game of the regular season...but, unfortunately, we have to wait till Monday night. Sean Payton is (hopefully) inching closer to making peace with Davis Webb calling the plays on offense. But, Brett doesn't think Sean is quite there yet.

0:00 - WEDNESDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL NEVER DISAPPOINTS. When the game was on the line, Drake Maye didn't show up. He threw 3 INTs in the 4th quarter alone! You know who's the exact opposite of that? Bo Nix.

15:25 - Brett said that Bo Nix is like a Mall Santa or a Spirit Halloween. What on earth is he talking about?

33:53 - The 49ers and Rams are playing at the Melbourne Cricket Ground in Australia today. It's one of the world's most popular sports and yet...none of us really understand cricket.

0:00 - The NFL Season kicks off tonight with a Super Bowl rematch: Patriots @ Seahawks. Brett doesn't think the Seahawks have a legit shot to go back-to-back. Why? He still doesn't fully believe in Sam Darnold.

After that, let's check the tape. Moser denies that he cheated during Vic's game show. But the footage suggests otherwise.

0:00 - The MAC finally released a statement on behalf of Western Michigan. They're encouraging the NCAA to do the right thing and retroactively overturn the results of the Michigan game. The clock review was flawed, so the game should officially go down as a 12-7 Western Michigan win. We appreciate the sentiment, but the NCAA would never do that in a million years.
Also, the Rockies managed to completely embarrass themselves yesterday in a new way! Drew Goodman was THIS close to coming unglued on air, which is rare for him.

14:27 - Baker Mayfield just became the next QB to sign a monster contract extension. If Bo Nix wants to get his, he'll have to prove it this year. What's wrong with saying he's on a "prove it" year?

Oh, by the way...Draymond Green is on Kawhi Leonard's side in the whole Clippers/Ballmer/Aspiration fallout situation. But his reasoning is insanely stupid.
Oh, by the way...Moser's incredibly talented friends in the Railbenders wrote a brand new original theme song for Wednesday Night Football.

0:00 - Coach Sanford started yesterday's edition of The Morning Sprint by taking Brett, Moser, and Vic to task. He chewed us out for a take we had about Broncos @ Chiefs Week 1 on Monday Night Football. But we think Coach's rage is severely misplaced.

Also, we have a rare case of Wednesday Night Football tonight. Moser enlisted the help of his incredibly talented musician friends (a band called The Railbenders) and they wrote an original theme song for Wednesday Night Football. Move over, Carrie Underwood. There's a new sheriff in town.
