I led a healing prayer meditation for Los Angeles with Mother Mary, and I found it so helpful that I wanted to share it with you. In this episode, I share a special Healing Prayer & Meditation with Mother Mary for the Los Angeles fires, and for the entire world. She asked us to work with the four elements to bring about healing and balance, in LA and everywhere. I hope this meditation helps you as much as it helped me.

Key Learnings:

1. The four elements of earth, water, fire and air, are meant to be in balance and harmony on the planet. Right now, there is an imbalance with fire, air and water. We can bring about their balance by balancing our own energy.

2. Mother Mary came to us as Our Lady of the Rains, and She guided us to call on the healing waters of Lourdes to energetically saturate the land in Los Angeles. She also asked for the Lourdes water to bless all those who are affected by the fires.

3. To help the winds to calm down, offer your own calm breath. Breathe in peace, breathe our calmness. Do this with the intention that your breath is connected with the winds and will bring about calmness with the air element.
