for everyone who doesn't do grief "right"
today i talk about how its ok to not be "over it"
you may find i am slow and intentional here.
my words were not available as readily as i would have liked. let's move past that.
you're not alone
you're a mourning person.
for the chronically ill who don't do grief "right"
your body has changed. you can't do all the things you used to. you feel lost and alone.
so do i, friend.
today i talk more about coming to terms with this new path and how its ok to grieve our old selves.
the truth is, you're not alone. you're a mourning person.
for neurodivergents who don't do grief "right"
navigating grief is hard.....navigating grief when you have adhd feels impossible.
we don’t often talk about how adhd surprises us at the worst of times.
hopefully this helps open the conversation.
you're not alone
you’re a mourning person.

for everyone who is fighting their inner voice, and doesn't do grief right.
today i talk about struggling with wanting to put yourself out there, but your anxiety stops you from being seen.
you can do the thing. even if you're scared. even if your voice shakes.....simply because you want to do it. you don't need an outcome. you can just be proud.
i would ike to apologize for any language in this episode that is ableist or disrespectful. there are some words i am still trying to unlearn, it is a process. instead of hiding it, i am still putting it out there. this is a real space with real mistakes.
you're not alone
you're a mourning person
