- Exuberant Animal by Frank Forencich
“So there’s this book that I read—a weird, obscure kind of book—probably about 10 years ago called Exuberant Animal . . . The idea behind that book was that: move no matter what . . . If you wanna go for a hike, if you want to do yoga in the morning, if you want to go swimming, if you’re joining a pool or something like that, if you’re joining a gym, just move exuberantly, and move exuberantly every day. And even if you can only allow yourself 15 or 20 minutes, just get on it, get to it!”(3:32)
