I have been mia lately but I'm back. I will be the first to admit I took on way to much and something had to give... I missed y'all! I will also note, I will be back but less frequently than before due to time restraints and not wanting to take on too much again. We don't always feel like it. We don't always have the motivation to do what we need or should do. Habits are hard to create and stick to but well worth it. If running hasn't always been easy for you or it comes in waves, tune in this week. Let's talk about how sometimes it's as simply hard as just stepping out the door. Once we get to doing what we should, it isn't so hard.
It's that time of year where we should reevaluate our goals we set at the beginning of the year. Are you on track or did you fall behind? Did you crush your goals or are you still looking to accomplish that in the last 31 days of 2020? Wherever you are at, stop and take 5-10 minutes to dig deep into your WHY so you can finish stronger and kickstart 2021!!
