His Commercial credits include appearances in Music Videos, Television Shows and Commercials along with appearing and directing numerous stage-shows and productions.

Fred has been the Brand Manager and Director for Bethel Music Kids and Bright Ones and in the Spring of 2019, he saw the theatrical release of a full-length musical film that he co-wrote, co-directed and choreographed called Bright Ones.

Fred's passion is to see people set free through movement and media and this stands as the cornerstone to his teaching, choreography, and classes.
