Movie Toast News & Reviews

On this review episode Movie Toaster's Cory, Tommy, & Adam review

The Lovebirds

Inheritance

Right now we know times are super tough with a pandemic and with cruel acts of violence taking innocent people's lives. We've all had enough and we commend those of you that are standing up for what's right in hopes of justice prevailing. We just wish and hope that everyone is staying safe and staying healthy. Don't let violence inflict more violence let things be done peacefully when possible.

We'd even like to say thank you to all of the essential workers & first responders. Without you guys and gals we'd be even more screwed. So we hope this podcast finds at least one of you fine folks and brightens your difficult days. Heck, we even hope the same goes to everyone affected by this shit storm known as the year 2020.

This month's commentary we decided to get nostalgic with the beloved animated Disney classic Robin Hood. The movie may be a kid's movie but this episode is full of explicit language so please don't listen to this one with your kids around. Or if you're a parent who doesn't care what their kid hears please feel free to be a bad parent and let them enjoy this commentary track. We're no judge of character we just wanted to give you a heads up.

So here's how it all goes down. After the intro, Movie Toaster Tommy will give a countdown starting once he says 1 click play on the movie and you'll be synced up to our commentary. You might not get it exactly at the same time as us but as long as you're within a few seconds of us you'll be A-okay! So with no further ado let's start watching Disney's, Robin Hood.

This week's reviews surprisingly has a loose theme with all the movies that we reviewed. Movie Toasters Adam, Cory, Dennis, & Tommy talk about movies that are slightly related to the works of Mr. Ed Helms aka Andy from the Office and Stu from The Hangover. They are loosely related to him because the first movie reviewed is Limitless which he's not personally in however his Hangover co-star Bradly Cooper is in it. After that, we reviewed the after-mentioned The Hangover trilogy. Then we wrap things up with a tag team review of the latest Ed Helms movie Coffee & Kareem. So I guess this is more or less Bradley Cooper related themed episode since he was in the first 2 movies. Well, I guess it could go either way depending on how you look at it.

One thing is for sure though. We'd love it if you could let us know what you think of the show on Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, & or Discord all @movie_toast. Or Hell you could even just give us a rating or review on whichever platform that you downloaded this episode at. We want to hear from you all so please reach out to us and stay toasty.

This movie is currently available to watch over on DIsney+ or you could rent it on any VOD platform but you're going to spend more than the price of a one month's subscription to Disney+.
