Hour 2:  A neighborhood took matters into its own hands by installing a makeshift stop sign after a resident was almost hit by an out of control car while check his mail. 9 drivers were arrested at a Fresno DUI checkpoint this weekend. Ryan Trevino had 2 prior DUI convictions & was ordered by a judge to stay away from alcohol and off the road just days before he caused a fatal DUI accident.
