MP says he wouldn't start Jayden Daniels until Week 7 after looking at the schedule. Plus, a Preakness preview with Mike Joyce of FanDuel TV and Lane Casadonte talks about the Spiders' move to the Patriot League in football.

MP starts the show off-topic with a story about Dominican baseball, then gets moderately more relevant as things go on as he shares tidbits about the NFL's schedule release day, last night's NBA and NHL games, and we chat with Ben Standig of The Athletic to open up a second hour full of Commanders talk.

MP opens by taking on the shirt Dan Quinn wore to rookie minicamp, which was a nod to the Commanders' previous name. Plus, the Squirrels are in an eight-game slide, and VCU gets closer to filling out its roster.

It's the live show from TGI Friday's, and we open by checking in with Parney, who is flying high after Richmond's City Council authorized the money for a new Flying Squirrels baseball stadium. We also check in on VCU hoops, the NBA and NHL playoffs, and Commanders rookie minicamp.

Thursday's show opens with some Commanders commentary as Jayden Daniels makes a bet with a former college teammate, and the team's (bad) name comes up for debate again. Then MP shares the latest in canned water, and we chat with friend of the program Lane Casadonte from CBS 6 about City Council approving a new baseball stadium in Richmond. The show ends with a recap of last night's NBA and NHL action.

Plus we welcome in two guests - Madeline McCracken gets us ready for the Richmond Ivy's inaugural game on Saturday, and Trey Wilson gives us an update from the road. Then MP and AWadd discuss NIL issues after a VCU commitment and decommitment over the weekend.
