If we were unsure of the Legion of Doom being on Legends of Tomorrow, those concerns are gone. If anything, we are now unhappy at the thought that eventually we will have to go back to focusing on the Legends. On Arrow, we said if they were going to do a new Black Canary and bring on Talia Al Ghul, they better bring their 'A' game and...they did.

Listen to Kriss & Dpalm's full discussion about these two episodes (We're still waiting on our Producer checks).

So, this was originally scheduled to be a solo podcast, a chance for me to hype up myself for the Falcons big win Sunday*, but when you see Kriss banging on people over sports, you make room for him on the podcast. We talk a great number of things prior to breaking down the game, but make no mistake: this is a Super Bowl preview complete with predictions from friends of the show. Welcome to the John Lewis Bowl. Go Falcons.

We finally get the truth behind the Koenig brothers and if they're early LMDs or not. We also get the reveal of who The Superior is and what his intentions are for Inhumans and Coulson. But the real interesting part of this episode were the revelations about Fitz and his father made through the interactions with the Radcliffe LMD and the team finding out that the Agent May they've been working with is really a LMD.

Kriss & Dpalm are back to discuss the latest episode of The Flash, Dead or Alive. We get a more Cisco centered episode and a fun multiverse fight. Also a Iris and Wally team up that shows Iris is feeling some kind of way about the visions of her death.

UDPod is back with a very special episode, where we sit down with the author of GQ's The Concussion Diaries, Reid Forgrave. We talk about his writing style, how he found Zac Easter's story in the first place, the remarkable unremarkableness of Zac's story, reactions to the piece, and what the hell to do next. Listen as we grapple with our mutual love for the sport and the creeping knowledge of what it does to the human body.

Legends of Tomorrow and Arrow are back from the winter break and that means Kriss & Dpalm are back as well. Legends is now on a new night (Tuesday) but we're keeping to discussing it with Arrow on the same show. This episode, Legends has some fundamental story issues but the pop culture references with George Lucas, Star Wars and Indiana Jones made this a really fun episode. On Arrow, we think bringing back Laurel Lance the way they did this episode made this one of the best CW episodes of the week.

Check out our full discussion.

Normally the first Insanity Check back from a break would be a long episode and with everything going on in Trump's America, you'd think so. But just the opposite here. With everything going on we kinda wanted to do a shorter less structured show because...well, everything has just been so much.
