I sat down for a chat with Ned Gahan, Head (not Master) Distiller in Waterford Distillery. I visited him last February, before the Grand Opening on Saturday 25th April was cancelled. (I mistakenly said the 24th April on the podcast!) We had a great chat about all the exciting releases to look forward from Waterford and how much their policy of 'Terroir' affects their whiskey. You will have to forgive me for the sound quality on this episode, It's what happens when you haven't got a clue what you're at! ; )
