The isolation of grief is real. The pain drives you inward and often the only prayer you can mutter through the tears is "Lord please help me." 

Today I give you two questions to dig deep inside your heart to answer. How you answer these two questions will determine if you are able to move from isolation to living again. 

You might be thinking I wish it was that easy Teresa. But what you might not be considering is how long those three steps may take, and the significance of what's inside those three steps.
