After 20 years of looking into DVC, Cindy rented points for her wedding and honeymoon at Disney. Josh Kennedy has been a DVC member since 2017 and calls SSR his home resort. We discuss points, resorts, upgrades, and the magic of membership in this DVC member interview. One of the things that make everybody jealous is Josh's streak of getting room upgrades at DVC.

DVC Members love their home resorts for a variety of reasons. Chad, Valerie, Brad, and Sandy are back to discuss the three main factors people use when picking their home resort. Humberto Santos from DVC Resale Market is back to go over our monthly resale market update. 56 contracts were bought back from ROFR (40 SSR, 10 OKW, 5 VGF, and a Vero). All but two resorts rose in average sales price in the month of September the two that did not were within normal deviations. The resale market is very strong. Our new member education series continues in Episode 118. Brad and Chad discuss what makes DVC different from other timeshares. The flexibility of the point system and incredible strong demand to stay on property at Disney. This demand creates a huge resale and rental market.

David Mumpower continues the conversations from Episode 116 and we focus on classic DVC debates. At the end of episode 116, we thought we should talk a little more DVC. Chad was supposed to edit this into the main episode, but it seemed better as some stand-alone content. We discuss Team Kidani vs Team Jambo. Team Beach Club vs Team BoardWalk. Team Grand Floridian vs Team Riviera.

David Mumpower is a powerhouse blogger in the DVC community. He's written for almost every major site. You can read his most recent work on DVC Resale Market's Blog. David writes the weekly parks and news updates for DVC Resale Market.
