I talk with Ronit Polin-Tarshish, the Orthodox Jewish producer of TV's Arranged about how her career got started. She shares how she played a huge part in creating the Orthodox film industry and organically moved from there to making TV shows, her thoughts on the Orthodox movie as a genre, and the portrayal of orthodox people in the media.

She has had critical success in theater, film, and has served as Development Producer on the FYI docuseries Arranged, which premiered April 2015, having brought the series from conception through pitch through all stages of development.She isa producer on an upcoming Netflix show, premiering in the Spring, about Jewish Matchmaking
