My Second Cup of Coffee

Ya'at'eeh my relatives. Today is Thursday, January 18 and over My Second Cup of Coffee I discuss #microplastics, the tiny bits of plastics that are becoming ever-present in the water we drink, the food we eat and even the air we breathe. This is an important conversation and I invite you to join me.

Ya'at'eeh my relatives. Today is Wednesday, December 6, 2023 and over My Second Cup of Coffee I share a recipe I tried last night for "Copycat El Pollo Loco Chicken", discuss a few (mostly political) headlines and then offer a few thoughts on #EqualPayDay (for Native women). A stark reminder of how, in the USA, even our sexism is racist. I invite you to grab a cup of coffee and join me.
