I love bringing people onto my podcast that I've never met but share the same mantra as I do.

Andy McDowell is one of those people!

Andy and I share the same vision as it relates to generating your value, starting a business, leadership and creativity.  Andy is an engineer by trade but a creative by nature.  He spent 22 years with Boeing and always felt like more of a life coach than a ‘boss’.  

In 2002, he began his journey of entrepreneurship within the corporation when he was asked to create an airspace design consulting business from scratch that would serve the global government market.  He prepped the Beijing and Sochi airports for their Olympic games and has so many great tips on using the strategic skills he developed within Boeing to generate your value in your personal and professional life.  

Listening to his perspective is something you don't want to miss.  Sometimes it is great to gain insight from people that are 'outside your wheelhouse' and industry and how you can relate that to your life.

This episode is so special!

 I sit down and speak to one of my youngest followers yet, Damian Carnero.  He is in the 9th grade and sometimes we need to take a step back and listen to our youth for a fresh take and perspective of living in this crazy world.

 His mother, Janel Carnero is a Luxury Travel Advisor with Embark Beyond.    Every morning on her way to take Damian to school they listen to Audio Books or Podcasts. So, Damian has listened to several of my podcasts.  He told his Mom that I seem like a genuine real person.  Not the fake ‘self-help ‘or ‘do as I say not as I do type’. Damian said I sounded like someone who really wants to help others and is always eager to listen and talk about different things. 

 When was the last time you sat down with your kids, niece/nephews, grandkids – whomever of the younger generation and got their perspective on things?   They are the future, the ones that are paving the way.  Let’s nurture them, include them and allow them to spread their wings and fly.

I like to throw in some SOLO episodes now and again for you to gain my perspective and insight on certain topics.  

During this episode, I speak all about re-inventing yourself.  I know - we've done a lot of this in the past 2 years, but I take this a bit deeper and speak about all aspects of your life.  The global pandemic created a lot of stress and many of us are continuing to struggle with how to handle that. 

It doesn't matter what your role is, if you are a stay at home Mom/Dad, you own your own business - this is all about improving your life and striving to be the best version of yourself every single day.  You must always look at re-inventing yourself to continue to grow, change and develop new skills.
