Singer, songwriter, and fashion designer Moonchild Sanelly has reclaimed the label “overbearing” as a badge of honor. When mentors told her she was too much, she refused to shrink, proving instead the power that is creative expression unrestricted by boxes or rules. Moonchild’s music is her medicine, and her style, sound, and story are declarations of freedom. She processes her pain through her music in order to heal herself and others, overcoming eating disorders, sexual abuse, and bullying, and gifting the world with the truth: being yourself is never too much.
