Now, this is one of those conversations that might seem like we're going to talk about your skincare routine but we're going deeper. Because core confidence doesn't come from anything outside you. It comes from going inwards.

Don't get me wrong, I love getting dressed up and it always makes me feel amazing. BUT that is not where confidence comes from.

In this episode, I'm giving you my favourite hacks and frameworks for developing core confidence.

• The Emotional Reset framework (it's working title). This is the pattern that everyone runs unconsciously and it will help you not take things personally when other people seem like they're doing something to you. But also, it will help you understand why you get triggered
