On today's episode I share my trauma with you and it's heavy sis, but I want you to understand that in your darkest times you are not alone. Here's my story of experiencing pregnancy for the first time at 32, loss with a miscarriage, suppressing my feelings, fear of abortion, and the feeling of being alone in all of this. Today is a very personal episode - I cry, I reflect, and I recieve all of your love an prayers. I share this with you because today I am able to write about my trauma to let you know that pain can be the portal to the divine as it reveals gifts and strengths in the journey.
