If you inventory your time, cut out distractions, say no to things that don't align with your goals and priorities and utilize pockets of time throughout your day you'll be amazed at just how much progress you can make towards your goal. It may not seem like you have time but even just working towards it 10 minutes a day can add up fast. The time is going to pass anyway so start today!
