  • Hot Brazilian Stocks - Are They Worth the Risk?

Hot Brazilian stocks have even attracted the interest of Warren Buffett himself. Now before you start aping the Oracle of Omaha you ought to consider just how small his exposure is. The two most popular Brazil stocks - StoneCo STNE stock and Nu Bank or Nu Holdings NU stock - are both involved in financial technology solutions. Each of these companies is overexposed to Brazil while they look to diversify into other LATAM countries. Nu Bank is making some progress, but 93% of their revenues are still coming from Brazil. Investing in disruptive technologies is risky enough, but when you throw in a dependency on a single emerging market, it's a showstopper for us. If you're looking for some hot Brazilian fintech stocks to invest in, these two should bubble to the top.

Rate my portfolio is a new video series from Nanalyze where we look at our paying subscribers' portfolios. We stick to weightings because monetary amounts are relative. Matteo may not be his real name, but he's a 48 year old Italian fella working in IT in the finance industry. His biggest holding would be in two properties, both paid for. One he lives in, and one he rents. His stock portfolio is weighed heavily towards disruptive technology companies while his private pensions provide some stability to his overall AUM structure. With 50-60% of his net income saved every month, along with a decent yearly bonus, he's amassed quite the nest egg to ensure that he won't be in need during his later years.

  • The Biggest Green Energy Stock - NextEra Energy NEE

NextEra Energy or NEE stock is the biggest green energy company in the world and a global leader in solar and and wind energy along with battery storage. $NEE stock is seeing lows not seen since the ancient pandemic of 2019 which has investors asking - why is NEE stock crashing? Always put these questions into perspective. Relative to what? NextEra is a utility company so we'd expect them to be falling as the broader utility sector is down 18% year to date. The reason NEE shares are down close to 38% year to date is because they recently reduced the forecasted dividend growth rate - from 11% over the past decade to a target of 6%. This dividend champion is till managing to pay enough to beat inflation, so we're not overly concerned. As for NextEra Energy's debt, that's a complicated topic that's best covered by rating agencies like Fitch or Moody's. We've been invested in NEE stock for a decade now, so here's our thoughts FWIW.

  • NVOS Stock - The Worst Stock We've Ever Seen

NVOS stock might be the worst stock we've ever seen. From the rich sheik coming to save the company with loads of cash to the gem collection that they plan to acquire, to the trust savior who was convicted of a Ponzi scheme in the past, this value proposition surrounds the company being able to survive long enough to get a windfall of cash which they'll use on everything from senior living homes to agriculture stuff, Novo Integrated Sciences stock may be one of the worst investment ideas we've ever come across. What $NVOS stock can offer is more red flags than a DPRK military parade. Everyone's looking for a price prediction for NVOS stock and we can only say this. Novo Integrated stock will be consistently approaching zero as time goes on.

  • Housing Market Crashes - Are Your Investments Safe?

A housing market crash is what everyone worries about because single family homes - what's commonly called the housing market - represent $41 trillion worth of value in the United States alone. If home prices crash, that usually reflects badly on the wider real estate market. In second place is commercial real estate which makes up $21 trillion worth of value. But not all commercial property is the same. Office spaces are seeing unprecedented vacancy levels as companies look to move out of prime commercial real estate locations such as Seattle, San Francisco, and Chiraq. Stumbling over junkies on your way to work isn't appealing to people, and neither is the giant drug problem elephant in the room that everyone's ignoring because of their cult-like obsession with U.S. politics which - few people realize - is actually meant to divide and conquer the foolish sheep. Well, at least you'll have a roof over your head provided you already bought one. What's that Joe? Do you want this description focused on the housing market crash? Oh sorry, all out of words now.

Rate my portfolio is a new video series from Nanalyze where we look at our paying subscribers' portfolios. We stick to weightings because monetary amounts are relative. Drew may not be his real name, but he's a 35 year old German fella originally from Belgium who made a few good bets on two of the world's biggest tech stocks. After making some mistakes as we all do, he's now more risk averse and saving about 40% of his income - half will go to a cash stockpile for the future and half will go into his stock portfolio. We break down the holdings into groupings, look at the biggest stock holding he has which accounts for a third of the assets, and provide some guidance on how I might reduce risk and sleep better at night.

  • A Stock Everyone's Talking About - We're Not Buying It

A stock everyone won't stop talking about is not always a good stock. In fact, these days it's most likely a meme stock which means a bunch of tools think that they can wish their way into a better zip code. HIMS stock doesn't seem to be meme stock, but there are signs it's being pumped on social media. Regardless, we start by looking at how this company makes money. They're basically selling prescriptions online for conditions that bear a stigma. We're told that Hims is expanding into all these other areas, but unless we're provided some granularity on revenue streams, we have no idea what's working and what's not. There are no barriers to entry, and their success so far can be attributed to heavy marketing. How long before pricing pressure affected those margins in the 70s? Revenue growth and gross margins look great, but there's just not enough transparency here around what they're actually selling. Selling curious male boner pills is one thing, but cholesterol drugs? We're not convinced and will be passing on $HIMS stock.

  • An IPO We Like - It's Just a Bit Rich

An IPO we like is rare these days, but one company came to the table with one of the most impressive business models we've ever seen. What other company out there can manage gross margins of (checks notes) 96%? There is another name for that. It's called printing money, and a simple valuation ratio over 20 means this IPO is too expensive for our tastes, even after the dust has settled for a bit. Even NVIDIA isn't valued that highly, though Snowflake is. All AI stocks are overvalued, but that doesn't mean you should buy them.
You're reading this because you want to know the name of the company, right? Well, you'll have to watch the video first. No, don't keep reading this, go watch the video, m'kay? Alrighty then. Now, we've got to satisfy those pesky AI algorithms and drop terms like Arm or Arm stock or Arm IPO so YouTube pushes our video in front of Arm stock investors. Arm stock, arm stock, rah rah rah. Everybody loves them some Arm stock. Did we mention this video is about Arm stock and the ARM IPO?
